1)  If you have taken the NASWGA Certified Clinical Supervisor course,             you do not have to pay a registration fee initially.  Your initial
     registration fee is included in your course package.  However, you
     must pay the $30 fee on the 2nd year anniversary of your initial                   registration and each 2 years thereafter.

2) If you have taken a Certified Clinical Supervision course elsewhere              other than through NASWGA, your application must be approved                before you can register. Please pay the $45 registration fee below.  This      covers the review and approval process for your application.
