NASW-GA CHAPTER 2023 VIRTUAL
ANNUAL STATE CONFERENCE NOW SCHEDULED
IN OCTOBER 2023
CALL FOR PRESENTATIONS!
NASW-GA seeks presenters to facilitate compelling live-streamed webinar presentations around relevant and emerging issues for our 2023 Virtual Annual State Conference. The 2023 Conference Theme is "Social Workers Breaking Barriers!"
These proposals may be for the facilitation of 1.5 and 3.0 sessions. Our goal is to develop a burgeoning global network of social work practitioners seeking to immerse themselves in learning. Our virtual format will benefit professionals, scholars, students, and those representing diverse industry sectors. All are invited to participate in a virtual experience where they will share insights, network, and establish partnerships to envision and shape the social work profession's future.
The practice of social work requires knowledge of human development and behavior, social, economic, and cultural institutions, and the interaction of all these factors. NASWGA seeks presentations in various practice areas such as Child Welfare, Aging, Race & Ethnicity, Social Justice, Social Welfare, LGBTQIA, Behavioral Health, Health, Clinical Social Work, Macro Social Work, Ethics, and Specialty Practice Areas for our Virtual Presentation Program.
