Please follow the instructions below to complete your listing information and, if applicable, your payment:

1)  All applicants must complete the “Certified Clinical Supervisor Registry                     Application" to begin. The link for the application is located on the                            horizontal menu above under “Professional Development,” "Certified Clinical         Supervisor Registry” at the bottom of this page.

 

2)  If you have taken the NASWGA Clinical Supervision Course, passed the exam,         and have a certification number, no fee is due at this time.  Your fee was                 included in the course and exam package.  Beginning on your 2-year                       anniversary, however, you will have to pay a $30 fee for renewal of your                 listing every 2 years.

 

3)  If you have not taken the NASWGA Clinical Supervision Course but have                 taken a comparable course elsewhere, submit your course information and           certification number to Jill Hungerford at    

     jhungerford.naswga@socialworkers.org. All applications must be approved            by NASWGA before listing. You must pay the $45 fee for application                          processing and to be listed on the registry. Click on the “NASWGA                              Clinical Spervision Course Taken Elsewhere” icon below to complete your                payment.

       After you are listed you will have to pay the $45 every 2-years on your                      anniversary date for renewal of your listing.

4)  You can pay via credit card, Paypal or check.  If you are paying by credit card or            Paypal, click on the icon below that applies to you. No listing will be made until            your information has been approved and you have paid the fee. If you are                    paying by check, please email your check to:

5)   If you start to pay your fee and then leave and go back to another page, there            may be items left in your cart when you go to complete your purchase.  Delete            the items you do not want on the cart page before checking out.
