Relationships can be difficult especially when conflicts arise.  Often couples go into “defensive” mode in an attempt to get their point across instead of listening to their partner’s side of the conflict.  This workshop will look at defining relationships and touch on communication traps as well as learning positive communication skills and

techniques to use within their relationships to improve conflict resolution.
