Refund Policy

What is the conference cancellation policy? Refunds will be processed according to the following cancellation policy: Requests for refunds must be made in writing and sent to NASW-GA by email to gaannualconference@gmail.com. Refunds will be issued no later than 21 days following receipt of the request and will follow the schedule below:

·  For cancellation requests received by August 5, 2022, you will receive a 100% refund of your registration fee.

·  For cancellation requests received August 6 - August 12, 2022, you will receive a 50% refund of your registration fee.

·  No refunds will be made for cancellation requests received after August 12, 2022..

·  NASW regrets that refunds will not be given for "no-shows."
