To Register by mail, please mail in the Annual Conference Mail-in Registration information (found on Annual Conference Registration page) and submit a check payable to NASWGA Chapter. On the memo line of check – note NASWGA Annual State Conference 2020. Also, please complete the attached pdf Mail-In Registration Form.

Mail both the check and completed registrant’s form to NASWGA Office 2300 Henderson Mill Rd Ste 125 Atlanta, GA, 30345.

Refund Policy 

What is the conference cancellation policy? Refunds will be processed according to the following cancellation policy: Requests for refunds must be made in writing and sent to NASW-GA by email to naswga.virtualevents@gmail.com. Refunds will be issued no later than 21 days following receipt of the request and will follow the schedule below:

·  For cancellation requests received before June 22, 2020: You will receive a 100% refund of your registration fee.

·  For cancellation requests received June 22-July 10, 2020: You will receive a 50% refund of your registration fee.

·  No refunds will be made for cancellation requests received after July 10, 2020.

·  NASW regrets that refunds will not be given for "no-shows.
