Group Registration Rates - Group Rates are now available to register for the NASWGA Georgia Conference.  The conference group registration rate is for a minimum of 5 to a maximum of 10 social work or other mental health professionals employed by the same entity (e.g., agency, hospital or organization, etc.)  The fee is $120.00 per registrant to attend all 3 days of the conference. (Each individual is saving 14.29% off the Regular Member Registration rate and 25% off the Non-Membership Registration rate). Click on Prices on the menu

Someone from the group must register for the group. Note:  You cannot register via phone.  You must register on an ipad, desktop or laptop.

Following the registration, each registrant in the group needs to complete the Conference Group Individual Registrant form. The form will ask for the following information for each registrant:

First, Last Name of Registrant:
Name of Organization:
Organization Address:
Registrant's Position within the Organization: 
Registrant's Email Address for Sending the Conference Zoom Links:

Registrant's Contact Number: 
Dates Registrant will Attend Conference
