System Requirements to View Live Streaming Programs:

Please ensure your computer meets hardware, software and bandwidth requirements well in advance of the webcast.

The virtual platform used for the conference is WorkCast and InReach.

  • Ensure that you have enough bandwith to view a streaming program such as a three-day conference.

  • What is bandwith? Bandwidth describes the maximum data transfer rate of a network or Internet connection. For example, a gigabit Ethernet connection has a bandwidth of 1,000 Mbps (125 megabytes per second). An Internet connection via cable modem may provide 25 Mbps of bandwidth.

How to increase Bandwidth?

  • Contact your internet provider

  • Use a VPN. Using a good VPN service has many benefits, including that it can increase your bandwidth by preventing your ISP from throttling your connection. ...

  • Run an antivirus scan. ...

  • Use wired connection. ...

  • Try different browsers. ...

  • Turn off background apps. ...

  • Update your device or get a new one.

*Please note:  We do not recommend using Internet Explorer to login or register.  It is recommended that you

Iuse a PC or MAC with an updated Internet Browser.  We recommend Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Edge or Safari. You will not be able to use Internet Explorer as it is too old to be compatible.

Make sure you have pop-ups blockers disabled in your internet browser settings.

Make sure that your internet browser is Active X enabled.

Wifi is not recommended. The problem with WiFi is signal strength can vary causing bandwidth to increase or decrease.  We recommend a wired connection. A wired connection gives a consistent signal and consistent bandwidth. A wired connection provides a better experience.

Audio (sound) is projected through your computer speakers. Be sure your computer is equipped with speakers or the room where the conference is being broadcast is equipped with speakers  so you can hear the presenters.

Step 2: Please review  Technical Requirements, Recommendations, Directions, and be sure your system and networks are up to date see the "Message to Conference Registrants" emailed to registrants inbox on Monday, September 20, 2021.

Need Further Technical Assistance?
Technical Assistance information will be sent to registrants' email inboxes on Monday, September 20, 2021.  Please check your inbox on this date.
