The National Association of Social Workers is the largest organization of professional social workers with 155,000 members nationwide, over 2,700 of which are members of the Georgia Chapter.  NASW-GA promotes the image and interests of professional social workers and the people served by them. Georgia's social workers practice in a variety of settings including family service agencies, community mental health centers, hospitals, employee assistance programs, schools, and public and private agencies.
